浙江红船干部学院

学院简介

浙江红船干部学院坐落于红船旁南湖边，中国共产党的诞生地——浙江省嘉兴市，2018年1月经中共浙江省委批准成立，由中共浙江省委组织部和中共嘉兴市委共同管理。与中共嘉兴市委党校合署办公。学院深入践行“为党育才、为党献策”党校初心，以弘扬伟大建党精神和红船精神，深入开展习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究、宣传与教育为主要任务，坚持政治建院、质量立院、统筹办院，突出国际视野、战略高度、中国定位、浙江品牌，打造“不忘初心的政治学院、红船精神的研究学院、新发展理念的知行学院、引领未来的创新学院、世界政党的交流学院”，奋力建设红船旁高水平现代化红色学府。

学院以“红船劈波行、精神聚人心”为整体布局思路，拥有绿树成荫、小桥流水的景观布局，物联互通、人工智能的智慧校园，红色基因、人文品味的校园文化，集中体现“红船魂、江南韵、运河情”的建筑风貌，为学员的学习、培训和生活营造了良好的环境和氛围。

学院占地面积188余亩，校园设施齐全、功能完备，拥有现代化的教学设施、图书馆、报告厅、文体馆、学员宿舍、学员餐厅等，可同时容纳1000余名学员在校学习。

学院成立后，先后承办了中央组织部、中央军委国防动员部、中央网信办、外交部、财政部、文化和旅游部、商务部、国务院国资委、中央党校、中央团校、光明日报、中国浦东干部学院等部门和单位委托举办的培训班2000余期，办班地域实现了国内全覆盖，给全国各地学员留下“一次南湖行、一生红船情”的深刻印象。

学院列入中组部“省（自治区、直辖市）党性教育干部学院目录”“全国干部党性教育基地备案目录”，是中联部合作院校，成功入选浙江省习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究中心研究基地，被中央团校和司法部机关党校确定为党性教育基地。荣获“全国文明单位”“国家级节约型机关”“浙江省先进基层党组织”“浙江省建设清廉机关、创建模范机关工作先进集体”“浙江省三星级绿色党校”等荣誉称号。

<h3 style="color:#990000;text-align:center;">Brief on Zhejiang Redboat Executive Leadership Academy</h3>

Zhejiang Redboat Executive Leadership Academy is located beside the South Lake, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is in the red boat on the lake that the Communist Party of China came into being. Founded upon the approval by Zhejiang Provincial CPC Committee in January 2018, the Academy is jointly run by the Organization Department of Zhejiang Provincial CPC Committee and Jiaxing Municipal CPC Committee. Staff at the Academy share the same offices with those at the Party School of Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee.

The Academy upholds Party schools' original aspiration of cultivating talent and providing policy advice to the Party. The mandate of the Academy is to carry forward the Great Founding Spirit of the Communist Party of China and the Red Boat Spirit by conducting in-depth researches, publicity and education of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Driven by quality-oriented political education, the Academy is run with international vision and strategic perspective while keeping in mind what makes Zhejiang and the wider China unique. It aims to build itself into a modern red academy that stays true to the original aspiration, studies the Red Boat Spirit, produces new ideas for development, fosters innovative growth, and communicates with political parties around the world.

The Red Boat Spirit raises up our hearts and minds, as is seen from the academy’s structure, culture, landscape and environment. It has a campus culture steeped in a “red gene” and humanistic taste. If you walk in the Academy, you will be greeted with lush trees, slow-moving rivers and small bridges, which embodies the architectural elements of "Red Boat Spirit, Jiangnan culture and the Grand Canal”. In addition to a beautiful landscape, the Academy is highly intelligent as it is connected by the Internet of Things. All these help create a pleasant environment for students to live and learn.

The Academy covers a land area of more than 125,000㎡, with complete facilities and functions, including modern teaching facilities, a library, a lecture hall, a gym, dormitories and restaurants. More than 1000 students are able to study at the Academy at the same time.

Since its inception, the Academy has undertaken more than 2000 training sessions, as entrusted by such departments and ministries as the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, National Defense Committee of the Chinese Communist Party Central Military Commission Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission Cyberspace Administration of China, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Commerce, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, the Party School of the Central Committee of CCYL, Guangming Daily, and China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong. Their trip to the South Lake and the Red Boat Spirit have left a deep impression on the trainees all over the country.

The Academy was listed by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC in the Directory of Cadres' Party Education Bases approved by a provincial (ministerial) party committee (leading party group)，selected as a Cooperative Academy by International Department, Central Committee of CPC and the Research Base of Zhejiang Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, identified as Party Education Base by Central School of Communist Youth League of China and the Party School of the Ministry of Justice. It has been awarded the honorary titles of "National Civilized Unit", "National Economical Organ", "Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization in Zhejiang Province", "Advanced Organization for Building Clean and Honest Institutions and Creating Model Institutions in Zhejiang Province", "Three-Star Green Party School in Zhejiang Province".
